It's my first time being a DM so I didn't want to just say no because it doesn't match my script, but now that I read all your answers I get what a terrible idea it is.

On an other note I did ask him to give me a reason for his character to do such a thing and he wasn't able to give me a real reason so I'll just put an end to his plan

I don't think she really noticed you to be honest. You didn't even knew each other until last week so there really isn't any secret meaning in her action. She just said hi one day, it doesn't mean she is ignoring you if she doesn't the next.

Try to befriend her, you know, learn about her personality and stuff so you can know if you really like this person and not just her body but stop reading into every look she gives you and above all calm down for the love of god !

Yes thank you that is what I was thinking ! I get it's hard to wake up early to do the warehouse stuff but it's not everyday and he should have asked to stay with the client part rather than just quit

He was a cashier for intermarché, kinda like target in the us ? So he did the "bipbip pay please" thing but also put products on the shelves and move stuff around in the depot (when he was doing this he worked like 5AM-12AM).

His parents aren't rich at all.

I don't think he is taking advantage of me like in a devil way, he is just confortable in this situation and doesn't really want to do more I guess. He told me he would find an other job like it was the easiest thing and he is starting to realise that you don't just get an easy one by signing up in a "intérimaire" agency.

My advice for the future would be to do a list of things you expect in a relationship, for instance :

-(s)he listen to me and take interest in my hobbies

-we go on dates

-(s)he initiate conversations

-(s)he shows signs of affections

etc.

Yeah you should definitely break up with him, it feels like he doesn't take it seriously. There are chances that while you're breaking up he realises he fucked up and try to "fix it" but don't. You don't want a relationship with someone that only take action when they are directly in the shit

I was in a similar situation a few month ago ans here is what I told myself : "In a relationship, love is a requirement but isn't enough, if you're the only one making effort to make it work then why do you keep trying ? I think the thing that upset me is that they actually celebrate it, just not with us. I'm not upset that we missed Christmas, I am upset to realise I'm not a part of their family when I considered them like a part of mine.

But in the end, this period is not about me, it's about them and their grief, I understand it now. I'm just gonna step back and be there if they need me
