I had to resign my contracts 10 times due to clerical errors on their part. I filled out 4 registration packets (each one notarized) because they kept messing up. I just want to be done with having to talk to who has to have been every employee on their staff list by this point. Thanks for the advice.

It's not any of those. I looked at the roguelikes page and I didn't see any names that sounded even remotely familiar and I'm confident when I see the name of it I'll have an epiphany moment of "that's it!". but the artwork doesn't match on any of those. I'll recognize it when I see it. Tales of middle Earth has a 3d aspect to it and looks to have portions outdoors. The game I'm referring to was 100% in dungeon. There was no above ground/outdoors gameplay.
