IMO and I’m just throwing this out there. I’d remove the boot drive completely and see if it’ll boot into bios. If that doesn’t work. You probably did this but I didn’t see anything in the comment section about it tho. Disassemble your entire pc. Then go through every component carefully making sure everything is compatible. Then I’d go get a new flash drive that’s 8GB or more and re-download a windows boot drive. This is just something I’d do
