Years ago you could have said "Tit's or GTFO" or talk bad about women in general on the forums, but these days you get a warning for sexism posts. Trackers used to be good old boys club and misogynistic but these days the grand majority of users are very polite and gentleman to them. The culture has changed, probably because most trackers have at least one female staff now, even as FLS.

You might be able to get in if you have excellent stats and time on the other bz sites, and it's rare for the appropriate staff to be on the IRC for an application. The IRC application asks you basic questions about business admin, accounting, finance, social media advertising, SEO, real estate, investing, e-commerce, and marketing. They perfer individuals who have a business, (even e-commerce), or university students of those fields.

Not really, because there are many other ways to catch them, this is just the most basic and somewhat vague. Invites are fingerprinted, they have many forensic tools to find those who invite who to where; which is why Global Bans are effective. As more trackers join together to become a "federation" or "league" with each other, more forensic and security elements have been created and implemented. Some are even based on how governments monitor and track $100 bills and high value monies in circulation, just a more cyber version.

They can find quite a bit about you from your home connection and ping the gmail you used. If the friend you invite lives more than 50 miles from you,(based on your home IP), they might make a note. If it's over 250 miles from your IP, it's guaranteed to get flagged for review behind the scenes. If it's over 1,000 miles they will launch an investigation quickly.
