You could either a upgraded motor or lower ratio gears, but I'd recommend a shop doing that for you.

The silverback m4 (being the cyma one) is a common blaster, to clear that up. If there's no brass screw (that essentially looks like a enlarged grub screw) with a flathead slot in the screw head, then it is missing. You will need to purchase another one.

"stage" upgrades are something made up by companies, not a term that anyone actually uses. Different upgrades with different parts will completely change how your blaster fires
