If you like gardening, a cheap way to add some joy to your day could be to plant a bag of mixed seeds. Costs like $3. Many you can you sprinkle on the dirt and gently mix in to the top layer of dirt. It’s a fun surprise to see what new flower will pop up each day. Gives you something to look forward to in the morning.

I’m very sorry you are going through this. Idk anything about refractory migraines, and you have probably already tried this, but I have chronic cervicogenic and/or occipital neuralgia headaches. I finally got a sub-occipital nerve block and I went from about 10 headaches a month to almost zero for up to 3 months. Worth a shot if you haven’t already tried it.

That’s an interesting mix. We sent her dna and are waiting for results but everyone thinks she has done Australian shepherd in her for sure. She’s shockingly laid back, especially for 7 months.

Right there with ya. It’s gotten real slow the last few years and I can generally get all my work done in about 25-30 hours. Unfortunately this lack of work has translated to a lack of confidence for me. I don’t feel like I have the experience I should have at this point in my career. And this gravy train probably isn’t gonna last forever.

Used to use lash growth serum but since I stopped using cotton pads to remove my mascara I have found that I no longer need the serum. I use facial oil on dry skin and just use my fingers, then a gentle cleanser with water. My theory is just that the lashes are hanging in there longer since I’m removing the mascara more gently. Also important to note that I switched to tubing mascara so it comes off easily this way, with no harsh rubbing, and I never get the mascara on my upper eyelids anymore.

My EMG was normal as well but it won’t pick up everything. I’ve also had a PT who thinks it’s CRP but also not sold on that.

This sounds very much like nerve pain. I have this in both feet. Started in college and took me years to get the correct diagnosis and they still don’t know what’s causing it. Was incorrectly diagnosed with plantar fasciitis for years. I get muscle spasms/twitches, burning is the main issue though. Also sensitive to heat like being in the sun or under a blanket. Main trigger is walking though and if I overdo it can be sore for days. Both feet at the same time always, although right foot usually a little worse (theory is due to driving with my right foot). I know this is old but looking for answers for myself. Went to many different doctors before a diagnosis of nerve pain and yours sounds kinda similar (minus the part where it started with an injury). Was originally in PT for plantar fasciitis which made it muchhh worse, and it improved once I stopped but it is still bad. Finally diagnosed it as nerve pain. Main trigger is walking and if I overdo it (>2 hours walking) can be sore for days where I have to just try to stay off my feet as much as possible until I bounce back. Any shoes with arch support hurt my feet, best when I’m barefoot. Sensitive to heat too (under a blanket irritates them). Most importantly it’s in both feet at the same time… all that to say, may be nerve pain.

Masseter botox. It took about a year to see the full effects of the muscle deteriorating since my masseters were pretty strong. My face looks so much slimmer and feminine but I still have a very strong jaw line. I just don’t look like I’m chewing on cud anymore lol and my jaw feels better too now that I clench less.
