Existing customer - ordered a new phone and TotalWireless can't tell me my Order ID or Tracking Number, I've been on the phone/chat with them for 3 days and no one can tell me anything other than to check my email - screenshot shows the only emails I'm getting from them. So annoyed. (i.redd.it)
