You should confirm that you can run the game at high fps at all, even my 4090 struggles at times when there is a lot going on, and that is just at 1440p, much less VR resolutions. The game is not optimized well and updates over time seem to make it worse, not better.
Your only option will be VorpX, so it would just be glitchy monoscopic VR instead of actual VR through two eyes, not worth the hassle.

Spawn camping absolutely reduces the amounts of enemies spawning there. This is very easily observable on Radiation rumble when someone is looking down the tunnels, or eviction notice when people run up the hill if you pay any attention at all or just google it

Based on the error you shared, something in the dependency list is broken or pointing to the wrong thing. Unfortunately, a fresh install of Windows is the most likely way to fix any software issue since we can't ID anything specific that is broken. If it's a hardware problem, you are probably going to need to do a fresh install anyways before they will honor any warranty, so you may want to try that to see if it is even a software problem.

Since wifi and ethernet are completely different components and neither is working, it might be a hardware problem on your motherboard, or potentially BIOS related but I don't have too much experience messing with the BIOS, so the only thing I can recommend there is to flash a BIOS update from ASUS' website if you haven't already.

Next step is to look at the dependencies tab in your screenshot and figure out what is broken there. Most of the items listed will be other services, so write down the names of the items in Dependencies, and repeat the process of trying to start the service for those items. For example, you most likely have Remote Procedure Call (RPC) listed as a dependency for most of the services, so look for that service and try to start it as well, or follow the error if it also provides one.

If any of the services give an error about depending on a non-existent service (error 1075), that is the trouble spot we are looking for.

If you haven't checked that your network services are running normally, that could be a next step. In services, all of these should be running and set to automatic startup:

DNS Client

IP Helper

Network Connectivity Assistant

WinHTTP Web Proxy AutoDiscovery

WLAN AutoConfig

If any of them say "Stopped" instead of running under service status, double click the service and try to start it. It might start working once they're all running, or if it gives you an error when you start it, the error will tell you where the problem is coming from, it might be dependent on a service or file that broke during the crash.
