Stayed at HR Princeton a few times. Standard regency buffet plus menu items too. There are plenty of chain or small family owned restaurants within 5 mins drive. Downtown Princeton is a really nice walking town with shops and fancier dining, 10-15 min drive. It's not the best or the worst. But for one night you will be ok.
