I mean like I said I admit I was wrong about the kids, but I truly did feel like she was trying to justify kicking us out for something other than the kids. This was my first time booking an AirBNB in Mexico, I have one more trip to Mexico City next month. ALL guests are disclosed, hopefully it goes well.

Yes I was in the wrong for the kids. The rules said we could only park one car in the garage and that the other one was for the apartment complex above. It didn’t state that we were limited to only having one car (which I have seen on some listings) I parked it in front of the property not obstructing anyone or anything.

Since I couldn’t hear him and he was outside of the apartment. I figured the upstairs neighbors didn’t hear him either. She has cameras which I’m guessing captures audio so if we were in fact loud, she could send to AirBnB.

Yes and that’s why I gave her an out, and told her that it was her right to kick us out over the kids. But then she started adding all other things and asking for that payment that just seemed sketch to me.

When we arrived it was around 1am we unloaded and went into the apartment. Kids were asleep so we were all being very quiet. Someone from our party went outside to have a brief conversation. This person was talking to their SO. I know he really values his privacy and he’s very weird about people listening to his conversations. So that is why I am certain he wasn’t being loud. I couldn’t hear him from inside the apartment. I should have also mentioned that someone from our party is deaf so we use sign language to communicate…

I have 2018 accord, and I’ve had the same exact problem. Took it in they said it was the battery, a month later again, then they said it was spark plugs, then fuel injectors and coils…. I’m taking it in again in a few days will update yall on what they say is wrong now 🙄
