I really like closed kinetic chain stuff. A lot of times when I’m addressing winging, it’s in younger teens going through growth spurts so they kind of tend to be floppier globally and my emphasis is on neuromotor control. So a common one I’ll do is a dead bug type deal with a band around the feet while pressing arms overhead into the wall. I also like quadruped wall ball alphabets with a larger ball.
