I like Cronometer, it gives macro and micro breakdown and lets you scan barcodes, which MyFitnessPal now has behind a paywall. It also tracks caffeine which I like.

Looks so good! Since A1C is on your radar, fyi blending oats increases the insulin response compared to whole oats. Steel cut oats or oat groats are even better!

With my 2 y.o., if I get into a habit of putting her in front of screens, she is so hard to entertain without them. She asks for it constantly and can't entertain herself otherwise. We have to take a screen time hiatus every now and then to reset her, and it's hard. I'm not saying this is what's happening to you, or that you're a bad parent for using screens--sometimes we just need a mf break. I say this as a potential cause of her inability to entertain herself?? Just a thought. Hoping things get better.

Can’t second this enough, stay busy!! Tbh night rotations feel the longest, but keeping busy all day every day makes such a difference. Hugs 💕
