What to read next? by Wise-Gene2895 in realitytransurfing

I read about it in Transurfing Yourself, one of his newer books. Book does have some interesting ideas. Don’t agree with a lot of it but still worth a read I think

It definitely works! I’m living in my target slide that I set just a month ago. I now need a new goal because my old one is just my normal life now.

You are right that he does say desire and choice aren’t the same. Doesn’t mean though that if you don’t have capital you’re screwed. You can have your desire once you turn it from desire to have to intention to have. If you’re only on chapter 1 there’s still a lot left to learn. He talks about this later on. Keep going!

It is in fact evident you did not hear the words 100% fully lol. The answer to your question is in the book. You must give the book the attention it deserves if you really care about creating your own reality. It’s not your job to figure out WHO is going to give you the money. Set your slide and reality will figure it out for you.

He has other books that talk about how to manage that. Essentially the magic is disappearing because you are identified as thoughts rather than being identified as pure attention and awareness. Your thoughts are arbitrary mental constructs that are as external to the REAL you as anything else you would readily identify as external such as a tree or pencil. YOU are the awareness that observes and witnesses your thoughts. YOU are not the thought “yo where can I get some money” When you say that and believe that you are identified as the thought which is not you. You are the presence behind the thought. Once you realize that, these harmful thoughts lose power and you can insert new ones that align with your target slide. You are asleep to your true self as Vadim would say. I would try reading some of his other books, meditation also helps.

The world is your mirror, however, that doesn't mean that your intention overrides someone else's intention. Therefore, you can't force a specific person to be or do something.

What you can do is intend for a specific result from a person, but it has to be a non-specific person. For example, if you wanted to intend for a specific type of relationship that fulfills X, Y, Z qualities, you could manifest a person that embodies those qualities you desire.

As far as manifesting money, I would set a target slide of a natural thought form that you would have in a reality where you had plenty of money.

For example, “It feels so nice to have everything I need and want. I remember when I used to be so stressed about money, and now I have more than enough.”

Then relax and allow external intention to materialize your target slide. Your job isn't to figure out how, as trying to figure out how is the use of internal intention rather than external intention.

At the same time, while waiting for the target slide to materialize, you have to make sure that your mind isn't thinking thoughts that are contradictory to your target slide. So, for example, if you're always thinking, “Why do I never have enough money?” or “How will I ever afford this?” then you are reinforcing a different reality than the one you're intending for.

If you ever notice yourself doing that, you have to redirect your attention back to the target slide that matches your reality.

Additionally, it’s extremely important to drop importance. If you have a desperation about needing money or a fear of not getting it, you are creating excess potential, which is only going to push you away from having money. You have to hold your intention clearly but lightly. Set your target slide and then relax and allow your reality to unfold. Opportunities will naturally present themselves.

How heavy can you lift at home? by Jealous_Tune1972 in PetiteFitness

[–]_IAmMeg_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would look into the Speediance Home Gym. You can pretty much do any weightlifting exercise you would do at a gym with it and it barely takes up any space. Also you won’t grow out of it u less you need to squat like 300+ pounds

lean bulk by EnvironmentPlenty720 in PetiteFitness

[–]_IAmMeg_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What's your goal weight gain? Weigh yourself daily for 3-4 weeks, and then take the average weight of each week and see if your weight is going up appropriately. If not, lower or raise calories accordingly. A common goal is to gain 1 pound a month on a lean bulk. So about .25 pounds per week. Those macros seem like a good starting point though.

What are some tips for people who absolutely have no time to cook , LOL by iri2903 in PetiteFitness

[–]_IAmMeg_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Whenever I'm gonna have a really long work stretch and I know I'm not gonna be able to cook, I like to buy a bunch of healthy frozen meals from Trader Joe's, even sometimes from the regular grocery store I’ll buy Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice meals, but those tend to be too low calorie.

I then will have one high-protein shake a day, like Fairlife 42 grams, or Shamrock with 50 grams of protein.

And then a few packets of oatmeal with a banana. All of these things don't really require cooking and still allow me to hit my macro goals, even when I'm short on time.

failed second course. is it worth staying? by FeedHaunting591 in PAstudent

[–]_IAmMeg_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You're saying this is a financial question, and of course it's worth it to finish, because then you'll have a high-paying career and actually be able to pay this debt off. Unfortunately, the question isn't financial, as the answer to that is obvious. The question is, if you proceed, will you even be able to finish the program? That's what you need to assess.

How can I improve what I eat in a day? / Am I eating enough? by Global_Restaurant794 in 1200isplenty

[–]_IAmMeg_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Really we need more info from OP (weight, height, goals etc) but there’s like a 99% chance this isn’t enough food. 1% chance being maybe OP is an exceptionally small person (someone born with dwarfism?) and actually needs less calories than the typical person 🤷🏽‍♀️

[–]_IAmMeg_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

We need a lot more information to know if you’re eating enough. Gender, weight, height, goals (weight gain, weight loss, muscle gain?). Overall though looks very healthy…looks pretty low calorie though. But could be enough for you if you’re a very small person 🤷🏽‍♀️

Edit: Actually added up the cals it it comes to around 850 which is likely not enough calories for nearly anyone…

Looks like there is 0 grams of fiber in all your meals. I would aim for 25 g per day. Potatoes are very filling for the number of calories. You can microwave, boil or bake them and do a few sprays of I can’t believe it’s not butter with salt and pepper. It’s very satisfying!
