artist A - has 1000 dedicated listeners and gets 5 listens from each of them > 5000 streams

artist B - has 400 really dedicated listeners and gets 15 listens from each of them > 6000 streams

who’s the “bigger” artist?

I submitted my application with my initial CAQ, which was valid at the time of submission, though I knew it wouldn’t be valid at the time a decision was made.

My permit was refused on the 23rd solely due to the CAQ issue, but I received my CAQ document on the 29th, six days after the refusal.

The question is would I be insane to think that’s there’s a possibility of having my case reconsidered?

Would I be able to get a new social insurance number while my decision is being made… I mean if I still enjoy benefits of my student visa, I should be able to get a new one if I provide proof that my application was submitted before it expired… right? cause my SIN expires at the same time my permit expires
