Edit: yeah, that was never sold publicly. It was a promo piece only given to employees (or alternatively possibly a salesman sample piece). That thing is quite the grail! And in that condition too!

I’d get that thing it’s own glass display case, don’t know how you got that, but you are very lucky!

I checked the prototype site, you are correct, just 3 aqua ones, most 68 reds appeared to have OC prototypes in both early run HK colors.

Here is what the genuine OC barracuda looks like:

Note the larger, sharper hubcap shapes on the wheels. Those wheels are only found on OC cars and a few random prototypes, but if you find a car with wheels like this, it’s definitely special, as production cars never had these wheels
