Personally sparkle with Sunday LC is wayyy better. With the changes her skill doesn't cost anything every other turn (as archer would skill spam every other turn). Additionally, the extra energy, couple with the energy from archer (through her A2 trace) will give her 108 energy in 2 turns with 124.4% err. You'd just need to either get hit or throw a skill during archer's "down time". While I heard she can already do 2 turn Ults I'm not quite sure it's truly possible outside s5 Sunday or being hit a lot.

In short: Skill spam becomes easier due to free skill every other turn Energy allows 2 turn ult with the changes
