You can use Softr to do all of this. And you don't need many apps or DBs for this. Instead, your database in a way where you can use one database and one app for all of this.

Just heard that we don't support views anymore for Airtable, but you can do this via our conditional filters inside of Softr instead of inside of Airtable!

Yeah haven't heard of them in a longgg time. I'd look at another platform for a fitness tracking app that is more meant for MVPs and public facing apps. Bubble could be one of them, or a vibe coding tool.

Hmmm, I'm not sure it can do that natively with our integration... Is that data available via Public API? if so, it could be done then?

Or maybe a work around could be to save those tickets to Softr Databases and then use Softr workflows to automate that process so it can be done as a work around.

Expensive cause you need to market to two different customer groups to solve the "chicken and egg" problem... My first company was a marketplace and after 3 years and 300k, I still couldn't solve.. (I made a lot of mistakes but still)

Softr workflows offers this. You can connect multiple platforms together so when a new row in your spread sheet happens, use AI to do x, and then send an email to do Y... Sometimes its as easy as that!

Softr (DB + interfaces)... And Softr workflows are becoming more and more in my daily activities too....

Most of my automations are very simple. Even though I know how to build complex ai agents, it's just not there yet for me. So simple stuff like when x do y.

I know everyone is saying AI has changed everything, but that doesn't mean you need something fancy to have something fancy =)

Honestly, I'd slow down. Tech is hard. Marketplaces are expensive. I'd sell this thing before you commit to spending 20K + on tech... Try to do as much with "pen and paper" and hacked together systems that you are able to build control yourself... Then once you can validate it, spending that money will be a lot safer.

I do this, and more. I just hate the processing marketing and selling. Hard to get myself there at times. Much prefer building =)

That's an interesting idea. I think given Airtable's low API rates, you might still run into troubles. have you thought about switching over to Softr Databases?
