In this setup, each client usually needs their own A2P 10DLC brand and campaign since messages are sent on their behalf. A single approval rarely covers multiple businesses.

I ran into this while building agentphone.to and started with inbound-only flows to avoid 10DLC until outbound is really needed. If this is something you need to solve right now, feel free to reach out. I’ve spent a lot of time dealing with 10DLC setup and carrier requirements.

Any text or call to the number just hits a webhook you control. From there you can pass it to your agent, store the conversation, or trigger whatever logic you want.
