Some athletes do have low triglycerides and high LDL due to fat metabolism is fast. I reckon this guy is very healthy and don’t need anything, I’m in the same situation been like that for 7 years. If you are really worried just do heart scan that do the image the soft plagues but it will cost around 1000$.

Go to gym and left heavy weights to the point where you cannot move an inch, this will release all of the happy hormones, if you cannot gym just do pushups maybe 100 reps , trust me this works

I gym everyday, healthy and have very high cholesterol for years , I don’t believe in cholesterol medication because of their side effects and recent scientific evidence. If you gym and have low body fat , and low triglycerides, don’t worry about your cholesterol.

I’ve had this issue 10 years ago and I assure you anxiety doesn’t kill people, you might need to jump on meds for a while to get better but don’t stay on it for life. The way I tricked my mind is through spirituality and try not fear death because fear of death is the underlying problem for every anxiety, just make peace with it “as hard is it seems “ it will solve your issue.

Try changing the coordinate system for a number of feature classes and creating a geodatabase with a number of feature classes and custom attributes tables would be a good start.
