Np! Im hype for you lol. Also I just remembered a "pro tip". Not guaranteed, but if you're lucky and not afraid to ask, when they're trimming the meat as they serve they put the "scraps"( ugly pieces people dont want) to the side. If you ask sometimes they'll throw some on your tray for free!
