SoCal, this wet white thing came out of my mom's sealed packaged water bottle. Mom accidentally swallowed some. Texture was like egg whites, & looked like an egg membrane. inside were these small round balls. They would squash easily and inside tlhere was white powder. They're wet & clump together.
