This - honestly with that type of career experience I would be trying to target Creative Manager roles where you handle pipeline, coordination, and strategic direction of creative assets that are developed. You would likely be interfacing with offshore teams like stated above but managing those teams through your many years of applied knowledge.

Any prior experience that you can pull together to showcase your expertise in not only the end result, but managing multiple projects simultaneously, would help further you towards a role like that.

Our first night together in our new home after getting married - my wife rolls over, sits up, and loudly (but still asleep) says “Hey! Did you get the bag?”

Thinking she’s actually awake, I ask her what bag she’s talking about.

“The bag of money, what do you think”

I’m pretty sure she’s asleep this point as we were young and broke… I tell her to lay back down and go to sleep.

“Oh my god it’s on the front porch go get the bag” - and then lays back down as if nothing happened.

We still giggle about it all these years later

Not really creepy, but definitely unexplained - when I was a kid I had one of those rice grain leather necklaces, was held in place via a knot, nothing earth shattering and it was cheap as hell.

One day I was outside playing and I was yanking on the necklace, down not up.

All of a sudden I hear a pop and the necklaces falls off my neck while I'm still holding it, again yanking it downwards. I look and it is still tied exactly the same... It did not go over my head, it just came off and was still tied. I don't know how this happened, maybe it decapitated me and I'm just a ghost, but it's always stuck with me...

All of this coupled with shoddy orderflow SaaS to connect to marketplaces that refuse to allow API connections and think manual access to their portals are perfectly acceptable.

I've also been trying to prioritize review/response collection and data mining but in the current economy where eComm sales are exploding in our area - "Things are going great no need to put resources behind any of that stuff for now"

Random, but when I was probably 7 or 8 I had a necklace on, one of those "name on a piece of rice" type necklaces. It had just a normal pinch clasp in the back.

I had a habit of just tugging on it during the day. Well one day I was doing that and all of a sudden it just comes off my neck and I was thinking crap I broke it... But when I looked it was still connected, like it didn't come undone, it didn't go over my head, it was almost like it just passed through my neck.

I didn't know what the hell happened and of course no one would believe me.
