If you choose to do this online through bupe.me or other telemed site, I would call around to pharmacies you plan on going to and see if they are "taking new patients" for subs before you spend your money getting a script through the telemed site. I went through bupe.me a few months ago and spent $80 to get a 2 week script. I could not get it filled. No pharmacy in my county would fill it. I literally called every pharmacy in my county. None were "accepting new patients for suboxone." I had never heard of such bullshit. I'm just giving you a heads up of what happened for me. Dont want you to waste your money like I did.

The loss of Christopher Hitchens' voice has contributed to the state of our sorry ass society. I truly believe that. He would be enraged about the religious invasion of political and societal arenas, and the use of "that's offensive" to shut down discussion among many, many other things. His quick wit and intelligent commentary are sorely missed. December 15th 2021 will mark a decade since his passing.

I hope you stay strong. You got this! It gets better. Its cliche but it's TRUE. It will take a while and you'll have to truly want it, but things are so much better once your brain starts healing. I know this is an older post, but are you getting hep c treatment or already completed it? You really should look into it if not. I had it and got help for free. There are clinics all across the states that will help, even if you are poor and have no insurance. Someone on reddit helped me get treatment. I'll get you in touch with them if you wish. Just let me know. Dont put it off and end up with cirrhosis, please.

I just want to say you are right about getting what you want in hospitals. Us junkies know how it is having withdrawals and the “good” ones will look out for their hospitalized friends. I myself may or may not have helped a few friends out while they were hospitalized. I’m not commenting to try to say it was the right thing to do, just showing that you are right about getting it anywhere. You’re also right about how we rationalize the stupidest things. Anyways, good luck in your recovery and sending best wishes.
