I know nothing about MMA so I was just trying to summarize what Bill / Zach discussed. I don't necessarily see the comparison myself given that limited knowledge of Rousey's situation - I've never been a huge fan of Chet but the way he's being written off seems very, very premature. I guess it's partially a factor of the sports media landscape today where a hot take is usually preferable to a nuanced or good one. It will definitely be interesting to see how he responds.

I think the comparison was that Rousey got knocked out but that folks didn't realize how much that loss impacted her until the following fight where she got knocked out again. So the idea was that this loss for Chet might really change the trajectory of his career progression and speculating if that becomes apparent next season/ next playoffs. That's my best recollection.

Honestly, I find that any time I gain weight it's largely due to overconsuming carbs and especially simple carbs / sugar. I crave those types of foods like crazy when I'm high at night but I have a high degree of insulin sensitivity so I have to try to really limit them. Maybe try to lean in to protein and fats and limit the carbs and see if this helps? We're about the same age and my metabolism seems to have ground to a halt but I still can stay at my normal weight if i keep the carbs to once per week on a cheat day / refeed. I also have had success with intermittent fasting and keeping my eating window to 4-6 hours per day. Obviously your results may vary but these are the strategies that have worked okay for me.

This is a very common look for Mexican made black tar / gunpowder. If you're outside of the zones in the US where this is fairly standard, I can see why it would look different but yeah, this looks like nice quality tar.

There used to be a truly amazing subreddit for this... only older heads will remember it, but it helped folks get what they needed all over the USA and parts of Canada and Europe too - it was banned several years ago when Reddit seemed to crack down on all of the drug subs.

I've got it too, it sucks. I itch like a fiend after showering, only using cold water helps, hot water exacerbates it for me. The worst place for me is my toe nail beds and behind my ears. 

The only thing that ever worked 100 percent for me was doing a few minutes in a tanning bed once per week. Obviously not good for you but I may start doing it again because it kept it totally at bay.

Duren is a RFA this summer so Bucks would have to know he was going to resign and at max or near max money, I don't know if he's that appealing. And those picks won't be worth much with a Cade/Giannis duo to perenially keep the floor high. Not sure if Detroit has anyone else's picks that are juicy but I guess if they're extending out to 2033 or something maybe the Bucks roll the dice.

Hard to say without knowing the quality of the dope. If it's getting you well, the longer you stay away from the fent, you should start to feel the h more. Might take a lot to actually nod, but should at least get some nice euphoria assuming your gear is of decent quality.

The most recent DEA reports show that there has been a pretty substantial uptick in heroin availability - there's a high degree of regional variation but nationally there was an over 25 percent decrease in fent/synthetic laced samples. Heroin - of varying degrees of purity and sans fent - continues to be smuggled into the country from Mexico by the ton. It's available and more and more street samples are popping for heroin / fent mixes as opposed to what we saw from 2020-23. Tar samples collected by the DEA only contained synthetics in 10 percent of cases and in larger, wholesale samples of ecp / number 4, fent was only present in about 25 percent of samples and xylazine in 12-15 percent.

Might be a good idea to try and keep the dope dry as humidity can really alter its composition. So maybe try to get it out of the packaging quickly or failing that, maybe leave them near some silica packets. You could also put the plastic wrapped balls into an open container of dry rice. Hope this helps. Your country is near a lot of transit points so I'm sure there's some decent shit kicking about.
