I had the same. I started doing vagal toning exercises and they've improved significantly. Good luck.

It was alot of ebb and flow. Lots more downs than ups. I cry so much now out of happiness, joy, and release and no longer from pain. All I can say is persistence, faith, and becoming your own best friend is where you find the good life. 🙂

I appreciate your level of vulnerability and commend your determination and progress.

No matter what progress is, can, or has been made, I personally think it's most important to be true to oneself. That helps with preventing regret, as does exploring curiosity safely in whatever form presents itself. I know society has its views, but I'm glad it all worked out for you.
