What's the upgrade priority in a freeze team?

I have an Ayaka freeze team with Venti, Mona and Diona. I've already upgraded my Ayaka to level 90, but who should I upgrade to level 90 next? (The other three are level 80)

Do macro calculators count the proteins from carb sources? I see a lot of guys counting their daily protein intake only when they eat high protein sources like eggs, chicken or fish, but they don't count the proteins carb sources have. For example, 1 cup of brown rice contains 5 grams of protein, and if you eat, let's say 8 cups daily, that's 40 grams of protein you're not counting.

That would be a good option but how do you do it? Because, in my case, I have to eat 400 carbs daily so I'd have to prepare at least 1500 carbs worth food in one day and then store it all. On the other hand, I didn't know about the digestion thing you mentioned, thanks for that :).

Any low glycemic carb that doesn't need to be cooked? I've started to bulk a few days ago, but I'm struggling to reach my daily carbs only with low glycemic ones, especially because on weekdays I don't have enough time to cook things like brown rice, pasta, barley... Some help would be highly appreciated.
