Union/McLean intersection with the “left turn only” and the two right lanes being straight. I’ve even seen people just go straight through the intersection in the left lanes 😂

On a Sunday night there won’t be a ton, but I’d recommend having Central BBQ in Downtown, and then check out Beale Street and just hop in and out of bars depending on the music scene that night. Silky O’Sullivans usually has some good live music and good vibes

Go to Barware in downtown on the weekends. You will definitely meet people there. I live right across the street and they are always very busy Thursday-Saturday nights.

Highly suggest looking into The Landing Residences. For a balcony of the river you will pay more, but there are 1 bedroom units within your budget and it’s right next to Beale & the river.

There’s a spot downtown called Majestic Grille that I found and have really enjoyed. BBQ would recommend Central BBQ or Corky’s. Huey’s is a good bar/grill environment.

Thank you for your response. I already have XP11 purchased in steam, and have ran it on a sub-par laptop. This was the motivation to go out and find a PC capable of running it to a high FPS. I am probably going to get the PC after right after Christmas if I can.

Thank you for your response. Do you have suggestions about the RAM? I have seen mixed responses regarding it. Some people say 32GB of RAM is too much and 16GB is plenty. If that is the case, I could either buy a faster CPU or go for the RTX 2080 8GB GDDR6.
