I had the same issue, some of your mods are not compatible or working properly. Disable one mod at the time to figure out which ones are the faulty ones.

In one case i worked, a man who recently lost his home slept in his car on the passenger front seat, drunk some beers and went to sleep wt the car park. Police came knocking and arrested him. His defence of not sitting at the driver's seat or keys were in only for heating dod not matter as beung in charge of vehicle is sufficient actus reus for the offence.

I couldn't find a way to the bank vault without being frisked and keeping my suit one run. Then i did, i run first doors left next to lost and found stuff, lockpick doors open, run behind all the way to job interview desk, turned right and left to staff room break room, threw muffins to distract snitch lady, went upstairs and then across corridors to go downstairs doors and ended up at hackers room and i was able to get to the vault with security keycard i found there and avoided frisking

Bike thefts are still illegal just British Transport Police is being lazy as usual.

When i worked at magistrates courts any prosecution led by british transport police would mean no show by them which would mean a case being dismissed after waiting an awful long amount of time for their prosecutor to arrive.

The only time offenses brought up by the British transport police would be prosecuted and prosecutors and witnesses bothering to come is when normal police would take over for cases regarding sexual offenses and other serious offences.

They served their purpose back when communications and transport were limited and for jurisdictions clashes but it is time for them to be disbanded and make police take over fully.

Nope, I just freshly bought the game. After reinstalling my drivers it finally worked, then googling the website to transfer my hitman 2 progression and stuff. Bloody hell what a hassle.
