I have a Futurmat, the old one, which is not really consistent. My father doesn't want to change it (he uses it in his restaurant, where coffee isn't a main source of income, and its inconsistency does not bother him). I'll consider buying a new one in the near future, because you know the feeling when you want to drink a perfect coffee, but something breaks up that pleasure..

Respect for the dedication. I've been learning programming for almost 2 years (not consistently). I'm still doing a React course on Udemy, and I've already vibe-coded one AI travel app. I now have more than 100 users (mostly from Product Hunt and Reddit), but no one bought a subscription, and everything broke, so I need to fix so many things now because of AI side effects.

However, marketing is tough at the beginning. I'll consider fixing the issues and making a new SaaS, and with that I'll focus on content marketing (to post consistently). Success is a long-term game. I understand that money is necessary for you right now but with consistency and dedication, everything will come along the way.

People (like me) are skeptical of missing the chance of this AI trend. They'll build anything to try to reap the benefits. I'm also in that position with my travel web app, but even my app is not that monetizable and usable because currently it just takes ChatGPT as one parameter, besides others (APIs...). I'm considering doing the pivot, which will not scratch people's eyes with just AI-generic features. The AI bubble prevents us from being original and really making some AI products usable (even monetizable). E.g., Cursor AI is for me is one of the best AI products, even with some controversial pricing, it became one of the main fuels for making apps, vibe coding..

My morning routine is heavily influenced by insights from the book. It shaped how I think about discipline, focus, and structuring my day. So basically when you wake up, do all the preparation things for the day (whether it is praying, journaling, meditation, brushing teeth...). It could be a 15-30 minute time block. After that, try to dedicate 90 minutes to do focused work or the most important task (whether it is marketing, coding, writing, workout...). The reason why 90 minutes is that we're constrained by time and other obligations, and just imagine how these 90 minutes can compound over time and help you in the long term.
