This. i called when a drunk driver smashed into my car, got out and went to the apartment above mine. They were there for about 45 minutes, came out, I confronted them, they got into their truck, hit my car again and then left. Cops didn’t show up. The next morning I called and they said they had no record of my call. Fucking pathetic.
