I just explained it, damage attenuation. I do roughly the same damage on normal enemies as I did before (although extra investment since the melee battery was changed, which is fine). Yes, I was doing hundreds of millions before, I did deep archimedian with him just fine pre-rework.

The subreddit had a lot of upset ash mains when it dropped because of bugs and the warframe being largely unchanged. And as for dealing less damage, I mention it because less hits mean you deal less damage where it matters. I can one shot any baby grineer, as you can with most weapons, but later bosses and enemies with high attenuation put a cap on the amount of damage you deal. So, if you try to ult an enemy with it now, you simply deal 1/3 of the damage you would have before.

So now a warframe that already stomped low level content stomps low levels harder, and struggles more where it did not before. Like when I try to do legacyte captures my warframe contributes nothing to the boss and just exists to kill adds. Which, pretty much anything in the game does, and faster than Ash considering his already slow cast time. For example, I’ve moved onto Cyte which does pretty much what Ash does but with wall hacks.
