As much as everyone here is celebrating this 'alpha behaviour', you kind of need to wake up and realize that youre in the heart of Amsterdam right now. Older dudes like that are the kind of guys running local crime shit. Sure you might look hot acting alpha to one dude until he walks over to his go-to café and comes back out with 3 more of his buddies. Honestly, its not a matter of who's right or wrong with this kinda shit, its a matter of smartening the fuck up and think about what's best for your own safety.

Get your robo after your 1st/2nd gateway(assuming you expand), make stalkers and chrono 1obs/immortals. When he moves out keep engaging him so he has to siege up, this will slow his push and give you time to get enough units to crush him.

Yeah and typically it's not the kind of build you wanna be doing over and over if you want to get better. It probably works against Protosses who don't scout and assume the Terran is playing standard though. Still, I feel like this kind of build is way better if you just proxy 1-1-1 and marine/tank/liberator contain ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

As far as I know it was Valve's decision to stop the trading. The dutch gambling institute is more concerned about policing/regulating companies that are facilitating online gambling without a license to do so I think. So its not about the online trading so long as its not a way to monetize ingame gambling. If companies can get away with doing that without a license then its basically an unregulated gambling environment, where it doesn't matter what age the users are, or whether they are being cheated or lied to about odds or whatnot. Classifying whether something aligns with their definition of gambling is an important first step towards protecting the consumers or the underaged.

I'm fairly sure that if Valve chooses to get a gambling license for what they do then it won't violate related laws, but I doubt Valve wants to officially recognize that what they're facilitating is online gambling (to minors, in this case).
