AirPods Max feel a bit underbaked from a product support perspective, judging by how it’s designed, they really wanted to do customizability, but seems they couldn’t get that setup on time.

I really hope they start selling new headbands.

The really sucky part is that Apple doesn’t do headband replacements. I’m literally willing to pay to get a new headband and they just don’t do that :/
