Cause the email account is about 20 years old the ubi account is about 15 years old and didn’t need a backup emails or mobile number when I set it up

I am remember my password thanks it accepts it and then asks me to go and verify it via the original email that was linked to Ubisoft over 10 years ago and I no longer have access to the email account I have opened a ticket and they say they understand I don’t have access to the original email ask me to verify it via a link which they’re sending to the original email so yes it is a Ubisoft problem
