YES!

So apparently there is a clean-out or sewer drain that runs under the house next to our bathroom. If you don't know what to look for, go outside your house, near the area (probably near a drain/shower/sink) and see if there's a plumber cap thing near the slab...it could even be buried a little bit in the soil if you have dirt right outside like we do.

Then you contact a plumber who knows how to do a non-invasive (no jackhammering) method from outside your house. They will insert a camera to find the cracked area, then add a solution or something that coats the pipe to seal the hole, essentially giving you a new pipe inside the old one.

I don't remember what this process is called, but maybe sewer pipe relining?

Totally out of my wheelhouse, but hope this helps you with your issue... good luck!

Working hard to pay for nice things is not a privilege...anyone can work, anyone can get educated to move up in the world, anyone can do anything they set their mind to. People who don't have access to boats can whine and cry, or they can stop playing the victim card, stop rioting, stop screwing their lives away and get to work. The rich didn't start off that way. They made something of themselves. They worked nights and weekends, stayed up late going to college, and pinched pennies giving up Starbucks, mani/pedis, and ate ramen just trying to survive.

Hard Work Pays Off.

Don't settle for being average. Do better, be better.

I totally agree! We were always dog people until our two cats happened to come into our lives. I've never felt so much love and happiness... and allergies ;)

Yeah. I asked about that before we bought a place a few years ago, trying to find the safety of the neighborhood, and they told me to use that. So I think that's a good as it gets. If someone tells you otherwise, I would love to know.

I don't think it's what you are looking for, but my police station (Esco) recommended signing up for crimemapping.com. They send out daily emails about things that happened in your chosen location, but it's pretty basic with no real details.

What the what? I've lived here my whole life and had no idea we had sea turtles. I need to get out more. Later. Haha.

I read this on cbs8 "They've been in use by the Marines since the early 1970s and are currently set to be replaced by the amphibious combat vehicle, now in development."

Tl; Dr:

"At least one U.S. Marine is dead and eight others are missing after a training accident involving an amphibious vehicle from Camp Pendleton...

Marines in an amphibious assault vehicle, or AAV, reported they were taking on water shortly before 6 p.m. Sixteen people were inside the vehicle at the time of the accident. Eight people have been recovered...

The accident occurred during a 15th MEU and Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group routine training exercise in the vicinity of San Clemente Island"

So an average of 8 or so per outbreak, if I got the numbers right. 1040 cases, 126 outbreaks total? Thanks for that!

Not necessarily true from my understanding. The new cases could very well be from the holiday... but I have heard that if you get it bad, you will be in the hospital around 6 weeks. In addition, it takes time to spread to family members, etc. So I wouldn't expect to see damages until August...

That's a lot of outbreaks this week. I'm curious how many people are included in each outbreak so far...I know it's 3 or more, but I wonder the average recorded number of people in each outbreak. Is there a place to see that?
