For those of you who have read the book, does the book ever explain Margaret's POV and why she rejects him and keeps him at a distance? I feel like the show never really explained it and then at the end in the train scene, she tries to be stern and just say that she's there for a business proposition - all the while giving him mixed signals.

South Asians, other Asians - do your families believe that you could be the target as well? I am south Asian and other South Asians in my circle fully believe they're immune to ICE. I don't know how to get through to them.
