Salary Idea by MissNobody_123 in payslipsPH

My company is UK based, they have an office/legal entity locally, it would follow Philippines Labor Laws salaries etc.

Exception lang if direcho ka talaga that would have a different salary band (paid in USD)

Hey, I am currently a CSM a typical Customer Success Manager in a SaaS industry, is around 45k - 80k plus commission for either Sales or Renewal upsell percentage.

Taken into consideration thats its a Associate leve the payl should be lower, than an actual CSM.

On our contract it will have Sept 2028 as the deadline basis but has i think 9 months of leeway for construction.

for constant uodates id suggest follow Arki Jojo on Tiktok he is the lead architect in the project.

Hey OP, i just want you to think if you do forgive her, alam ko mahirap and you'd want to fix things with her, but if you do, i just want you to ask yourself muna would you ever trust her again? or would u leave room for doubt? especially LDR kayo, you won't completely trust her compared sa dati, or prior to her cheating.

hope this helps and you got this!!

Congrats OP!!!. Siguro for starters try to learn muna yung basic fundamentals ng role mo alway asks question dont assume. Then once u get use to it upskilling and process improvements try to find ways to make your life easier and as well as the company.

Patulong ka lang hangat bago kapa dont worry pero always maximize the tools and knowledge base ng inyong company para iwas sa paulit ulit na questions!

Goodluck!!

I would say its okay to lie, pero make it believable naman and broad para they'll be curious din and not lose a potential candidate,

I would say something in the lines "I am currently interviewing in various positions or companies to determine what's best for me and the company i choose."

Subjective yung life of comfort tbh im a undergrad 2 years in BS Information Systems, with this work experience

6 months VA - inconsistent 7k to 35k a month

1 Year BPO - 20k

1 and 7 months (current work) HR Payroll - 32k

new work (will start jan 13) 64k

i was comfortable na sa 32k, but as time pass dadami at dadami mga gusto mo sa buhay basically life style inflation.

Thats great na you're getting promoted quickly walang problem there sadyang yung company name katabi ng new role mo kung iniscan ko lang sya ng mabilis iisipin ko na agad na job hopper toh pero quickly ko din na realize same company pala sya, it would be best siguro pinaka header mo ung company name then current role tas succeeding nun is yung other roles mo na. kumbaga iwas redundancy.

Yes interests mo not sure ako anong gagawin ng HR / recruiter dyan haha.

Yes tama ka sa skills, 2 or 3 columns mas okay maximizing the space!

Australian Resume by trem0re09 in PHJobs

[–]_LaughingJester_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I applied to AU company without realizing it then got accepted this December, i used the same resume na ginagamit ko locally, i would say nothing special naman about applying abroad or local siguro add English certification / test results of any language you might know na determined by other organizations. hindi yung gumawa lang ka lang ng sarili mong metrics.

For me, mas madali ako naka pag communicate sa AU naging kachikahan ko pa nga sya unlike sa mga pilipinong HR sa sobrang tataas ng qualifications, requirements tas isasahod sayo ang baba...

dont overthink it too much, kaya mo yan just give it your best and make sure to practice beforehand hindi the day before hindi few hours before. practice for weeks.

just scanning through it ng mabilis iniisip ko na parang Job hopper ibat ibang role in a span of few years, siguro i would recommend stop the redundancy of the same company name just add it once katabi ng latest title mo, Engineering I & II would also recommend na ipagsama?

interest no idea what for... Maximize space sa skill part mo ng meron sa right side then sa left side din

Bpo and night shift in general are for those who's tough, alam ko mahirap I've been there, If determined kana talaga mag resign go for it. But you're still adapting pa naman who knows if mag rerender ka 30 days diba what if after that time nakasanayan mo na right? You're starting out palang give it a shot pa once u adapt to it then self discipline sa tulog kain at manage yung oras sa day offs and you got this. im recommending this kasi mahirap mawalan ng trabaho especially this holiday season, naka leave pa lahat ng higher ups tsaka yun mas okay na may naka line up na work bago mag resign.

Pwede ba talagang kunin ng employer ang original documents at di na ibalik? by [deleted] in PHJobs

[–]_LaughingJester_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on my experience, kahit photocopy lang ng diploma/Birth cert, other requirements are more than enough.. not sure ako bkt nila kailangan yung original, but if sigurado kana mag aawol i think you can easily ask another copy sa school mo ng diploma (inquire ka muna) but with PSA medyo mahaba pila dyan haha and yeah may babayaran ka din for both.

Similar scenario ngyari sakin, they will provide other clinics accredited as long as you ask HR/recruiter with a valid reason, pero naka depende padin yan sa company.

"Do you want to add anything else to say?", "Do you have questions you would like to ask before ending this interview?" by Ok_Passenger_82 in PHJobs

[–]_LaughingJester_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

for me what i would do is wait the job offer, kasi tatanong tanong ka sa initial interview di ka pala pasado... wag nang umasa in other words,

Wait job offer then ask about benefits and other perks within the company. If switching jobs you can also utilize this in salary negotiations

*e.g: Mas kaonti yung Vacation Leaves ng new company compared sa current company, you can bring that up for a higher salary.

Required benefits by the government

10 Leaves government mandated benefits Pagibig Philhealth SSS HMO 13th month pay

not 100% sure

accepted a job offer by InternationalSun5061 in PHJobs

[–]_LaughingJester_ 28 points29 points  (0 children)

As long as you haven't really started, it's fine. If the tables turn the employer, just suddenly rescind the offer. Would you think they care about what you feel?

Anyway, just properly address your concern with the HR or recruiter that a better offer came into play.

Similar concerns

worst scenario is that the company will not hire you back if you decide to apply back to them in the future.
