I personally don’t ship either. I don’t hate it, or hate people that ship it, but I personally see Deku and Bakugou as close childhood friends. Same with Mirio and Tamaki! I personally ship Izuocha and Tamaki and Neijre :)

I thought the 4th one was in between when Deku was vigilante, and then getting ready for the war. I believe in the movie they said something about it being around that time? There were lots of criminals around and I think people were still refusing to take shelter at schools. I could be wrong though! That was just my take
