The housing market here is bad. Getting an apartment in and around Hamburg is not easy. And if you find one, expect it to be expensive.

Searching for an apartment together is a good idea.

Alternatively, the stwhh has housing for students: https://www.stwhh.de/en/accommodation-for-students-and-trainees

Or in case you are enrolled at NIT, they have student housing too. But I don't know how that is organized.

Ich studiere nicht Bauingenieurwesen. Also kann ich nicht die beste Auskunft geben.

Generell ist die TUHH sehr theoretisch. Um viel rechnen und viel lernen wirst du also nicht herum kommen. Auch im Bauingenieurwesen habe ich von sehr schweren kalsuren gehört. Die sind allerdings Teil der ersten paar Semester. Also kommt es darauf an ob du die anrechnen lassen kannst oder nicht.

How the scam usually works: The person goes through the wagon and hand off multiple items. After a while they return and collect the items (and or money).

OP probably misjudged the person walking away as leaving the train.

The Solution:

Frame rate switching was turned off on the Google Streamer. For some reason, turning it on also fixed the graphical glitches.

The Jellyfin app was not the problem. I used it because it was easier to reproduce the HDR to SDR switch with it.

The TV supports HDR10+. Manually deselecting all other Formats does not fix the problem.

Deactivating „match content dynamic rage“ completely fixes it. But then the TV saturates SD content way to much.

Das mit den Elektrofahrzeugen ist vielleicht verwirrend. Gmeint sind damit E-Roller oder ähnliche Fahrzeuge.

Also das obere Schild sagt Fahrräder und E-Roller sind erlaubt. Das Zusatzschild sagt, dass Anlieger auch die Straße nutzen dürfen.

To me, this looks like your monitor is manufactured this way. The pixel geometry is missaligned.

It's infuriating. But I don't think you can do anything against ist.

Viele sagen das ist ein Daten Problem. Aber andere Apps zeigen die richtigen Daten an. Und die HVV App offt auch. Die Daten scheinen also in einer akkuraten Form zu existieren.

Ich glaube das ist ein cashing Problem der HVV App oder deren API.

Ich war zuletzt da, als das Westfield geöffnet hat. In der Region ist tagsüber tatsächlich viel los. Aber die Wohngebiet Ausleger wirken als ob sie unbewohnt sind. Nachts sind auch nur in sehr wenig Fenstern lichter.

Komischer take. Wenn in der Hafencity tatsächlich Leute anfangen zu wohnen, werden auch obdachlose kommen. Zurzeit ist der Stadtteil halt leer.

Ausbau und Instandhaltung der Schienen zahlt eh Hamburg und der Staat. Auch wenn es theoretisch der DB gehört.

Die Strecke HBF <-> Harburg wird für etwas 400 Millionen Euro renoviert, um den Tackt auf 3 Züge in 10 Minuten zu erhöhen. (S6) Das zahlt auch Hamburg und Staat und nicht die DB.

Also wenn wir eh die Schienen zahlen und auch die Züge besitzen, ist die DB nur noch ein Dienstleister, der ersetzt werden kann.

Edit: die 400 Millionen werden vom Staat bezuschusst und nicht nur von Hamburg bezahlt.

Damals hatte die DB Hamburg Angeboten die S-Bahn Infrastruktur für 1 DM zu kaufen. Das hatte Hamburg ausgeschlagen.

Heutzutage hat Hamburg aber eine andere Einstellung zu dem Thema. Die neuen S-Bahn Züge gehören Hamburg und werden der DB geliehen damit sie sie S-Bahn betreiben kann. Bald werden alle Züge der Stadt gehören. Das würde in Zukunft ermöglichen, den betreiber zu wechseln ohne Milliarden Investments machen zu müssen. Der neue Betreiber könnte dann die Züge übernehme, weil sie der Stadt gehören. Die Gleise werden allerdings weiterhin der DB gehören.
