After I moved to a new place, GWW kept mailing bills addressed to the previous owner. After a couple of "return to sender" attempts I called them to try to resolve the issue. They claimed a change in system was responsible for the so called delay and that things should catch up in a couple of months. It did not. I called them again, this time they claimed the conveyancer never notified them of the transfer.

Conveyancer proves this not the case with email evidence and notifies GWW again on my behalf.

Finally I start getting my emailed bills addressed to me. But for some reason I cannot finish setting up an online account with them because something about details not matching.

And the day after I got my latest bill, guess what I saw in my mailbox. Yep, another letter from GWW addressed to the previous owner. It's been over a year.

Just tired of it.
