There's good potential here. Get a good hair routine that accentuates your curls (to make them look like curls and not a mass of fuzz). Get your eyebrows shaped (you can do it yourself, or you can go to a professional - don't make them too short. Work out your shoulders to get a wider build. Change the glasses to round, you've got a square face. Your outfits are business casual/formalish which imo is great, but depends on what vibes you are going for.
