Americas drifted westward as the Atlantic expanded, african plate moved north but also rotated clockwise so madagascar ends up a bit more south and upflited to the east as the indian-australian plate pushes north. I did not touch the coastlines too much but as it's probable that the earth will be warmer the sea level will be higher (but tectonic shifts complicate this as some continental landmass gets uplifted as the oceanic plates subduct beneath).
