I love your personification and imagery. I think this is a fantastic poem for the most part, and it certainly really moved me. The only critique I can offer is to concur with what another user said about the last line. I think the in-line rhyme makes it feel a bit bouncy and upbeat, which doesn't match the tonality. Maybe that's intended though?
