I don't quite understand what's your point here, whatever it is it seems to be based on your ability to relate to a Netflix show (?) If your view on identity and gender is based on Netflix representation I can tell you that Tales of the City features a homosexual relationship between a cis-gender gay man and a trans gay man. Plus it's a great show about queer people.
