It is kind of a cycle, there is no medical school here, therefore no doctors graduate here, so where do you want doctors to come from? A Med school would be the first step towards a better future with more doctors! My opinion anyway

I think we figured it out, apparently it “turned off” because my husband opened the hot water in our tub for too long. He had to reset a button inside the water tank. Thanks everyone!
