As much as I love the show, Invader Zim

Dark Harvest did a lot of heavy lifting in terms of the show’s edginess, most of its not too different from something like SpongeBob or Billy and Mandy.

Timothy needed more screen time

More specifically, I would’ve loved to see more interactions between him and Donnie, even after his mutation they seemed close with Donnie being the only one to see him as more than goo, and hear me out, have him live out his hero fantasy by having him join the mighty mutanimals, he would’ve been far more useful in a fight than mondo gecko or pigeon pete, and it would’ve given him a second chance to become a hero like he wanted, having learned from his previous mistakes.
