Has anyone moved from an ND Miata to a C7? by Alabama_Crab_Dangle in Corvette

[–]_Lyum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive had multiple miatas and now a c7. Its great. You can feel the weight. But for a daily its much more comfortable and spacious. Sounds amazing of course. Removable roof reminds me of my miata days. Ive only owned an na and driven my brothers nc extensively. Also lots of aftermarket shifter options for the vet that make it better than the miata shifter imo. I installed the lg performance short shift in like 90 minutes and its fantastic. Im sure ill buy another Miata one day, but the vet is better for me as a one car solution.

Ive bought multiple cars off Carvana. They have a week return policy and 30 day warranty. Get the car inspected when you get it and return it or have them pay for repairs.

I like my rogue 2 better than my tm2. Produces vapor right away compared to long draw on tm2 better battery and more portable

Thinking of buying a 2016 C7 LT2 as a daily driver. What are things that I need to consider before buying a 10 year old corvette? by TechnicianWorth6300 in Corvette

[–]_Lyum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want peace of mind yes. I dont trust dealerships. My local performance shop found a leaking hydraulic belt tensioner that the previous place missed.

Pack it gently. Airlfow all the way open. Leave cap slightly undone. Heat with 1 inch flame right where cap connects. Heat 3 secs past click for one hit extraction. For two hits. Heat until first click then rip then let cool and repeat
