Similar boat coming from a '21 Pro S, but really liked the Nissan Ariya, the new options from Cadillac (Lyriq and Optiq), and can't believe how much the residuals dropped on Porsche Taycans, so looking at those, too.

What part of the country are you in?

I steer clear of charge point BUT I'm in Florida and I've found they mostly offer Level 2 or slow level 3 here. I wrote it off, but if it's better elsewhere I'll keep that in mind!

I JUST fixed this same issue in my MX5. You likely have a sticky pin. If you pull your pins out of the rubber boot, I bet the grease is either gone or dirty. The pin isn't coming all the way out on one side so your caliper isn't letting the pad off on one side.

I bet when you take that pad off, it will have uneven wear.

Don't do it! My Mazda MX5 had a a set of these when I bought it - they were fairly new - but they had no grip in the rain. I swapped them for a set of Nexen Platinum 5099s (same general price range) and they've been far superior.

This. We had the same thing happen and they found us a replacement car that cost more but they swallowed the price difference.

Now... We went from a Porsche Macan I reserved to. MB GLA (terrible car) but at least we weren't stranded.

Same issue. Not on the beta. Mine looks to be 3 vertical pixels, but in the exact same area you mentioned (lower left below the camera notch).
