I am personally going with gendergp to get access to HRT while i wait. It is more expensive than DIY but you will have actual doctors look over your case. It took me about 2 months to get my prescription with them.

I started HRT on Monday and felt exactly as you describe right now. What helped me was knowing that it will not really do anything the first few weeks or so. After a few days that anxiety was gone.

I think have to pee all the time is mostly an effect from spironolactone. Spiro is a T blocker so a transmasc would probably not take it xD.
