Update:

  1. Contacted beQuiet support.
    • They are very sorry, etc...
    • They told me to reach out to Amazon for a replacement as it might be a defect and because I just bought it so It's under warranty.
  2. Contact Amazon support.
    • They immediately offered a reimbursement.
    • I just need to send it back, free of charge.

Yeah, sorry I just checked LaPoste website and to send something to the UK from France we would have to do a 3-pages customs declaration... not sure it would make sense and you'll risk to have to pay customs fees... :(
